Haus der Kulturen der Welt
Nicknamed the Pregnant Oyster this building is a great stop
to see the Culture of the World

Checkpoint Charlie
The historical Crossing point from East-West Berlin.

Gedächtniskirche (Church of the Memories)
This is the church with the 1/2 removed steeple.

Berliner Reichstag (Capital Building)
This is the building where the congress meets.  An awesome tour and well worth waiting in line for.

Berliner Mauer (Berlin Wall)
Folks died climbing over it, tunneling under it, even dieting to fit in a suitcase.  Now you take pictures on both sides.

Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburger Gate)
This is where Presidents Kennedy and Regan gave their famous speaches.

Jüdisches Museum (Jewish Historical Museum)
Lots of history of the Jewish People from their first arrival in Europe. 
Also a stark reminder of World War II.

Like Rodeo' Drive in Beverly Hills, but in oldstyle German. 
The shining star is the KaDeWe.
